Prior assumption of their office, each director, general manager,  auditor, officer and other employee of the Corporation shall take an oath as set forth in the Schedule that they shall not disclose the matters associated  with their office to any person other than the authorized person and shall not commit a breach of trust in the affairs of the Corporation.
